Additional Performance Opportunity!

High Country will be producing a Christmas Show this Holiday Season! We'd love to have as many of our Intermediate level dancers participate as possible! Our Christmas Show will be held on November 22-23rd at the Fort Collins Lincoln Center! This Christmas Show will be held in addition to our three recitals per year and is optional.

DETAILS ABOUT PARTICIPATING:

The following Christmas Performance Information applies to the following levels:

• Clogging      Levels 2-4 (Nickel, Brass & Copper)
• Ballet Levels      2&3

EXTRA WEEKLY REHEARSAL:

Dancers will need to attend one extra rehearsal a week to participate in the Christmas Show. Teachers will start these rehearsals in July. Christmas Show rehearsals will be held in Fort Collins. The scheduled day/time will be determined once everyone has registered.

ENTIRE CAST EXTRA REHEARSALS:

There will be extra rehearsals for all dancers participating in the Christmas Show. Most will be held at the studio, and one will be held at the theater. These rehearsals will be held in addition to dancers' normal weekly practices and are MANDATORY!!

SEGMENT RUN-THROUGHS: Dancers will NOT need to be to ALL the “Segment” Run-throughs.  Dancer’s will find out exactly which of the listed times they will be rehearsing as we get closer to December.

• Friday, November 1st,      4:30-8:30pm --- Segment run-throughs:      Fort Collins Studio
• Saturday, November 2nd,      11:30-3:30pm --- Segment Run-Through:      Fort Collins Studio
• Friday, November 8th, 4:30-8:30pm --- Segment run-throughs & Finale Rehearsal: Fort Collins Studio
• Saturday, November 9th,      11:30-3:30pm --- Segment run-throughs      & Finale Rehearsal: Fort Collins Studio

DRESS REHEARSALS: All dancers will need attend these rehearsals for the entire time listed.  Full Hair and Costume is required.

• Friday, November 15th, 4:30-8:30pm --- Dress Rehearsal: Fort Collins Studio
• Saturday, November 16th, 11:30-3:30pm --- Dress Rehearsal: Fort Collins Studio
• Monday – Wednesday (November      18-20th): Keep open for any      rehearsals that are needed!
• Thursday, November 21st, 6-10pm --- Tech/Dress Rehearsal: Lincoln Center      Theater

COSTUME:

To participate in the Christmas Show, dancers will have to buy an additional costume. This costume will be Christmas themed to specifically match the routine. This costume will need to be purchased in addition to the class costume that is purchased for the year. The Christmas costume would only be worn for the Christmas Show.

REGISTRATION FEE:

To register to perform in the Christmas Show, dancers will need to pay a $50 Registration Fee.

T-SHIRT: All dancers performing in the Christmas Show will receive a FREE T-Shirt!

WHAT ARE THE EXTRA COSTS TO PARTICIPATE???

• One extra hour of class per week. The cost will vary depending on how many      hours your dancer is currently taking. Rehearsals would run      from July-November.
• Christmas Costume --- Plan on ordering costumes in      September.
• $50.00 Registration Fee --- Registration is open now!
